French writer Annie Ernaux has won the Nobel Prize in Literature. Born in 1940, Annie Ernaux is one of the most esteemed contemporary writers in France.

Gummerus has recently published Ernaux’s memoirs in Finnish, including “Vuodet” (2021) and “Isästä / Äidistä” (2022). Next year, Gummerus will publish Ernaux’s work “Tapaus” (The Case) in Finnish.
