Description

Terrifying, but fun read.

The Shining is a horror masterpiece. Stephen King’s masterpiece is a terrifying, but fun read.

The suspense that builds slowly throughout the book is masterfully built and Jack’s gradual descent into madness is so well written. For those that have watched the movie adaptation directed by Stanley Kubrick, the book is better. The Shining is truly one of the best horror books ever written.
